Heart Full Of Blues - Official Selection at N.O.V.A 2017

Heart Full Of Blues is a short script based on the life of Blues Legend Memphis Minnie. This script introduces her when she was a young girl growing up in the Mississippi Delta. Her life had one constant theme: Music. Memphis Minnie was a gifted guitar player, singer and charismatic entertainer. He life was never easy, and she often was broke, carried a gun, and periodically had to resort to prostitution in order to make a living.
​Her legend and music endures to his day and has influenced bands such as Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane and Mazzy Star. She was a real life character and made sacrifices all for the sake of pursuing her music, but was completely driven by her heart, which was full of blues.
