Mules (Part 1) Wins Best Action/Adventure at N.O.V.A

(April 22, 2017) Winner of best Action/Adventure for a screenplay under 20 pages at N.O.V.A, International Film Festival. The screenplay that's based on three Americans that had to become "Mules" for a drug dealer in order to get back home, but were caught by the Mexican authorities for being drug runners and then thrown into prison. They literally dug their way out of the prison with the help of a fellow inmate, but the process was continually plagued by mishaps and misfortune.
